Like many women, I’ve wrestled with confidence, imposter syndrome, and the feeling that my voice didn’t matter. I know what it’s like to question your worth and hold back, even when you have so much to offer. I’m a Certified Life Coach with a degree in Neuropsychology and over five years of experience in leadership and executive coaching. I use every part of my background—professional training, lived experience, and Human-Centered Design—to create transformational coaching experiences. My approach is rooted in the belief that true growth happens when we honor the whole person: your story, your challenges, your values, and your strengths. I offer one-on-one coaching, leadership development, and business workshops designed to help women, moms, and minorities feel heard, seen, and powerful in every space they enter. Whether we’re working on confidence, navigating life transitions, or building leadership presence, our work together is about helping you own your voice—and use it.Because people can only take our power if we let them. And once you get it back, you’ll never let it go again.
